Meet the ultimate easy chocolate chip cookie recipe. The one with less effort than a walk in the park. I bet you never thought you would say this; “easy chocolate chip cookie recipe.” But as I began searching for ways to share my love of Chocolate Chip Cookies with friends, I realized that not everyone was sure where to start. So, to begin, let us make sure we have all the correct chocolate chip cookie ingredients. I am talking about the 3 main ingredients. These are: butter, sugar, and eggs. You also need to have either a blender or food processor to liquefy the butter and mix the other ingredients together. I use a combination of an electric pastry blender and my food processor because it saves me time and I get more done in a faster amount of time. Either way, do not forget to stir the batter.

Next comes the most important ingredient of all for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe, the temperature of the oven. This is what will determine not only the success of your chocolate chip cookie recipe, but your health as well. Set the oven to the lowest temperature possible, which means under 400 degrees. Once the oven begins to smoke, it is now time to remove the pan from the oven and place it in the freezer. Wait until the butter has completely cooled, then run cold iron over it. Once the iron is hot enough, it will melt the butter and crisp the cookies.

Chilling your chocolate chip cookies is also important, but the time you choose to chill your cookies makes a huge difference as well. If you want your cookies to be soft, then you will want to let them sit out for about two hours. To make sure they are fully baked and delicious, I place my mixture in the freezer for an hour before I bake. This allows the mixture to cool to a more desirable temperature. However, if you are looking for the best soft chocolate chip cookies, then you should consider making your own chocolate fondant.

Homemade chocolate chips are great, but homemade fondant is even better. This is a great alternative to purchasing a variety of different chocolate chips at the store. With homemade fondant, you can control exactly how long your cookies rest. After baking your cookies, place the pan in the freezer and chill until you are ready to eat.

A great way to save money when baking with chocolate chip cookie dough balls is to use a pastry bag instead of a mixing bowl. A pastry bag can come in handy for several reasons. One, it allows you to mix your cookies dough in one clean bowl. Two, if you are not a fan of mixing by hand, you can always buy a pastry dough ball kit which makes beating the dough easy.
