- 1⁄2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 ripe bananas smashed (about 1 cup)
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 – 1 cup chopped pecans optional or 1/2-1 cup walnuts (optional)
Mix butter and sugar until it's creamy.
