This recipe is amazing. Simple and tastes brilliant, I used tortilla wraps instead of pastry but it was reaalllly good.
Hello Zorbadross,
Sorry for my late reply.
Thank you very much for trying my recipe. You made me so happy with your kind comments.
Next time try to butter all around your tortilla before wrapping because it’s a litter thicker than the pastry. I assure you will see the difference.
I hope you enjoy!

Hello Sev,
Sorry for my late reply.
Thank you for trying my recipes.
Although beyti kebab is not a very keto friendly meal with so many carbs in it 🙂
I’ll try to share more keto friendly turkish foods in the future for you.
I hope you enjoy!
Beyti is one of our favourite meals when in Turkey so I was delighted to find this recipe. I enjoyed it but I have a question about the tomato sauce recipe. In the list of ingredients it says 2 tablespoons of butter but in the instructions you say 5 or 6 which seems a lot. Also two cups of water is far too much.
A couple of minor points also 1). It would be useful to say how many people this might serve. I guessed at four because of the meat quantities. 2) it would be useful to say how much cumin to add .
Otherwise a lovely taste of Turkey.
